Soups are really healthy, and best thing about them is that you can use the veggies you hate the most and make a yummy soup out of it! What a resourceful way to eat veggies!
So here's my take on veg. soup. I've kept it as simple as I can, so that the soup serves its purpose - its nutricious, healthy and appetising.

Ingredients:
200 gm Cabbage, chopped
1 cup beans, chopped
1/2 cup carrot, chopped
1 tomato, diced small
1 onion, cut elongated
1/2 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon amchoor powder
1/2 teaspoon black salt
Salt, to taste
Method:
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and transfer into a pressure cooker.
Fill pressure cooker with water, only until the vegetables are properly soaked. (Excess water will make the veggies soggy)
Close the lid and boil the veggies; turn off gas after 1 whistle.
Let the pressure ease, then remove the cooker lid.
On sim, add the jeera powder, black pepper, white pepper, amchoor powder, black salt and normal salt and stir for 2 minutes.
Then add chilli sauce and stir again.
Add butter and stir gently for a minute.
Soup is ready! Serve hot!
